In 2018, Ms. Hodge graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management with a Diploma in Professional Studies. As part of her studies, Ms. Hodge worked as a Project Coordinator at DNV GL, a Norwegian company based in the United Kingdom. Following her studies, she enrolled in the Youth Exposure Programme granted by the Department of Youth and Culture. As part of this programme, Ms. Hodge was placed at the Inland Revenue Department at the Government of Anguilla where she assumed the roles of Tax Payer Assistant Officer, Collections Officer and Auditor, respectively.
Ms. Hodge joined the Anguilla Financial Services Commission assuming the post of Regulator I in November 2019. She is responsible for a portfolio of companies that consists of Insurance, Company Management, Trusts, and Money Services Businesses.
