Ms. Brooks joined the Financial Services Commission as Executive Secretary in December 2008. Prior to her joining the Commission, she was employed at LIME (formerly Cable & Wireless) Regional Call Centre (Anguilla) Ltd., as a Customer Service Representative/ Frame Relay Coordinator and Quality Assurance Analyst.
Ms. Brooks brings to the Commission excellent Customer Service skills gained from her communications with people of diverse cultures while working at the LIME Regional Call Centre (Anguilla) Ltd.
Ms. Brooks is a graduate of the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School in Anguilla and holds several certificates in Customer Service.
