Mrs. Charo Richardson CPA, MBA, ACI, CAMS
Mrs. Richardson graduated from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, USA, in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. In 2010 she graduated with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
In 2011, Mrs. Richardson passed all four sections of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) uniform examination and is a currently licensed CPA in the State of Wisconsin. In June 2014, Mrs. Richardson successfully completed the ICCIE comprehensive captive insurance education program, and earned her Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. In October 2019, Mrs. Richardson earned the designation as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), affirmed by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
Previous designations also include an Associate's in Banking (AICB) from the Institute of Canadian Bankers, earned in 2006.
Her introduction to the financial services sector came via employment with a domestic bank for a three-year period early in her working career.
Mrs. Richardson commenced her employment with the Anguilla Financial Services Commission in April 2012 and is currently serving in the role of Deputy Director - Supervision, with oversight responsibility for the insurance and credit union sectors.
